Appointment Cancellation and Return Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients here at Renew Aesthetics LLC.
To be respectful to all clients and practitioners we ask that if you are unable to keep your appointment, that you please cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to that appointment time.
To cancel an appointment, please call or text (970) 539-1635. If you do not reach anyone, you may leave a detailed message on the voicemail.
Anything less than a 24 hour notice is considered a late cancellation. For late cancellations you will be charged a $45.00 cancellation fee per missed appointment.
For “no shows” to appointments, you will be charged your full appointment fee.

Returns on products will be credited for in office use towards services or products.
There will be no refunds on products or gift cards.
